QZXB Supply Policy: The 10 Billion Genesis Target
The latest owner-directed policy records one simple target: 10,000,000,000 native QZXB at Genesis, all assigned to one owner account, with no further minting and no block subsidy. It is a design target, not a launched monetary system.
Current owner-directed target (CP-0437)
| Parameter | Current direction | Release status |
|---|---|---|
| Genesis issuance cap | 10,000,000,000 QZXB | Specification/candidate only; no production Mainnet issuance. |
| Initial owner balance | 10,000,000,000 QZXB (100%) | Candidate Genesis is not yet integrated into every production path. |
| Post-Genesis minting | Zero | Must be enforced through import, replay, fork-choice, persistence and recovery. |
| Block subsidy | Zero | Fee-only block production requires additional security/economic qualification. |
What has been superseded?
The earlier v0.4 proposal split the same 10B cap into a 3B mining envelope and several 1B reserves. That plan, including its 356.73515981-coin starting subsidy and halving model, is historical and is superseded for the current QRun Genesis direction by CP-0437. Old simulations are retained for audit history and must not be presented as the current emission schedule.
Why this does not mean the coins are live
A candidate Genesis state or local wallet balance is not the same as issuance on a production network. The project still needs a frozen consensus and network identity, consistent zero-mint enforcement, full-history validation/recovery, multiple independently operated nodes and outside verification of transactions and balances. The owner allocation is also highly concentrated; it should be described plainly, not buried in technical wording.
No public QZXB market price, public native QZXB/USDT pool, exchange listing or liquid reserve is claimed. USDT cannot be created on QRun merely by copying the ticker. A real market requires actual counterparties, genuine quote assets, verifiable reserves and a supported settlement route.
Funding and sponsorship are separate
QZXB allocations are not cash, a signed sponsorship agreement or a guaranteed reward. Current practical funding options are voluntary open-source donations (if the external campaign remains active), grant applications, in-kind support, and written milestone-based engineering contracts. A funding proposal should state deliverables, budget and currency, milestones, timetable, acceptance criteria and payment terms. No sponsor or revenue is claimed as secured.
